  1. Are there any shipping and delivery charges for the orders? -
    No way José! Delivery is free of charge for all our customers, all across India. However, we do charge for international deliveries, depending on the location.

  2. What are the payment options available?
    We accept payments in multiple ways.

    Debit Card - All scheduled bank debit cards.
    Net Banking - Every bank which has a net banking facility.

  3. Which credit cards are accepted for domestic and international payments?
    You can bank on us! We list each and every scheduled bank credit cards. Simply select your preferred option from the list in our payments page and you're good to go.

  4. Which domestic debit cards are accepted?
    All payments are accepted through scheduled bank debit cards.

  5. Which are the accepted Domestic Banks for Payments through Net Banking?
    All net banking payments are processed through scheduled banks with adequate facilities.

  6. Is Cash on Delivery available?
    Yes, we do have Cash on Delivery (COD) service available.

  7. How can I cancel my order?
    Our cancel-culture says all orders can be cancelled through our website. Before an invoice is generated for the product of course!

  8. How can I return my order?
    We hate to disappoint, which is why all our products can be returned as per the return policy on our website.

  9. What is the return policy?
    We want you to have the best of the best! If the product received is not as specified or up to the mark, you can return it for up to 15 days after purchasing.

  10. What is the refund policy?
    Returned products that are unused and of good quality will be refunded within 15 days of receipt to the billing address.

  11. What is the exchange policy?
    No exchanges as per our current policy. It's all or nothing, partner.

  12. Do I need to pay for the return of the shipment if I chose to return the order?
    Not at all! Get easy, hassle free pickups and returns for every Skybags purchase.

  13. Are all products eligible for return?
    All products with manufacturing defects are eligible for returns.

  14. Do you have no questions asked return policy?
    While we'd love to make the return experience hassle free, we do not have such a policy.

  15. How will I receive my refund?
    Through RTGS / Bank Transfer as per refund request.

  16. How can I contact you in case of any queries?

  17. What is the warranty and repair policy for the order?
    Every product is different! You can find specific details from the warranty card placed inside each product and claim it accordingly.

  18. How will my order be delivered?
    The deliveries are made through reputed courier companies.

  19. How can I know the status of my order?
    Once the order is shipped you will receive a AWB number via email/SMS. You can track the order on the website using the AWB number.

  20. Where do you deliver in India?
    We deliver across the country to over 17000 Plus Pin codes. Since there is a constant addition of pin codes, the exact number might vary from time to time.

  21. What is the delivery timeline of my order?
    The general Delivery Timelines is as below,
    Within the City - 2-3 Days
    Within the Region - 3-4 Days
    Metro Cities - 3-5 Days
    Rest of India - 4-7 Days
    Special Regions - 7-9 Days
